Good sturdy plates.

I loved that these plates were strong and easy to use. They didn’t leak and they hold a good amount of food.We used them for a 40th birthday , and will definitely purchase them again if they are available.

They were perfect for jacket potatoes and the fillings...they plate was strong and didn't get soggy and disintegrate. Great plates! Also recyclable

Bought these for our Wedfest.. everything from meat, claws and even a fruit medley with juice and nothing leaked through. They look so much nicer than normal paper plates.We didn’t, but I’m sure with a little wipe these could be reused.Will definitely buy and use again.

These plates worked great on our barbecue.They do not bend like the flimsy white versions and the added benefit of being tipped into the recycling after use.Would definitely buy again.

No problem with hot food

I am in two minds about these plates. I like the eco-credentials of these cream/beige plates which are made from natural sugar cane, and are renewable, biodegradable and compostable. A big thumbs up on all these points.What I am a little less keen on is their price which is £12.99 for 25 plates at the time of this Amazon Vine review. You can get 100 paper plates (on Amazon.co.uk) for under £5 and they too are usually biodegradable and compostable too.These plates are roughly the size of dinner plates (10" diameter), but other sizes (and quantities) are available in the same listing. This is a good size for a buffet or to serve up a dinner on. The plates are white, rigid and have a smooth surface.The plates arrive in a type of shrink wrap plastic only (no indication as to whether this is recyclable and/or compostable).In conclusion, even after writing this Amazon Vine review, I am uncertain about this product. I doubt I would order again, but it does seem a good product with good eco-credentials. I have therefore awarded it four out of five stars despite my reservations.
