An old favourite
4711 is a great fresh scent to wear all day long. I love the fragrance, it’s a real mood boost too. Try it on a hot sunny day and feel the intensity of the cologne, it’s really refreshing.4711 has stood the test of time, definitely time for a renaissance. What a find, grew up with this fragrance and every time I use it I get reminded about my mother.

What's not to like for a refreshing spritz so cheap?
Ok, so on first impressions you're hit by a wall of what seems like artificial zested lemons - reminded me a bit of a Mr Muscle lemon kitchen cleaner at first, however, just wait, as the initial hit disipates to show grapefruit then a subtle but still definitely there Neroli, gorgeous. On the dry down you get more spice and green notes, but of course it's very light. It won't linger like a concentrated perfume. For the price it's great as exactly what it is: an eau de cologne, the original (if not somewhat modified formula) no less. I find this excellent as a clearing spritz - if you're feeling foggy or walking into a stale room, this lifts and clears the space. It would actually make a great air freshener too. So, for the price, it's worth a whirl, it's something you can take with you to use on yourself or to freshen rooms. It's light but lifting.
