All round performer
An excellent piece of luggage which has all features any frequent traveller can ask for. Good finish, rugged construction, durable and above all very reasonable pricing. Recommend it to any serious traveller

Fabulous!!!!
We bought one and it has been put through big tests lugging heavy, fragile ceramics around Europe and on and off planes and trains. Love (and used) the expansion gusset. Solidly built and worth the money.

Looks "high end" but great price.
I'm completely in love with this luggage. Not only does it look like a "high end" luggage but it also is so durable and the wheels are fantastic and smooth. I plan on buying more

Beautiful, but small
This piece of luggage is beautiful. Kind of stunning in person, actually. And the interior looks well organized. But I had to return before even using it. Sadly it was just too small. My trusty Samsonite carry-on finally bit the dust after about 8 years. And, after receiving this Luggex suitcase, I realize that I've become accustomed to that size capacity. It turned out to be the difference of about 12L. You can see the difference in the photos. But if using it in concert with a checked suitcase, or only using it for a day or two, I'm sure it would be perfect.

Luggex Customer Service
The customer service is excellent! During the travel our suitcases were damaged locks and wheels. First, we were thinking to somehow to fixed it ourselves but then decided to check if there is a warranty and were very pleased that the suitcases have 3-year warranty. The call to customer service took all of the 10 minutes (no hold time!!!!) and all our issues were solved. They just ask to email them photos of the damage and few minutes later we were notified that the damaged parts will be sent to us. Thank you, LuggeX Customer service!

SOLID LUGGAGE
I took it for one month vacation to Southeast Asia. Went through appx a dozen flights. By 2nd week the inside zipper broke but the external held up and by the end of my trip the entire luggage is still solid. I love the style and how you can it expand with the simply unzipping 2nd external zipper. When I got back from my trip, I reached out to the mfg by email and received a response within 24hrs.
