Novelty Engraved Wine Glass Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year Gift Snowflake

I am not happy that it’s been delivered today with a smashed up box because the people who picked it didn’t take evrey good care of my older I oldered this for my mums Xmas suppise hamper and I can’t believe how it looks really like u have used a old squashed box abs this box looks nothing like the picture dose I will not be oldering if u again and would refund for what u have done to my older

The glasses are nice but thicker glass than I was hoping for ( like you’d get in a pub?) & the stem is shorter than it looks in the photo.The engraving is ok.They’re ok for the money & nicely packed for a gift but not as classy as I was expecting.To me they are nice enough but not lovely .
