Amazon Brand - Solimo Machid Solid Sheesham Wood Sideboard Cabinet, Honey Finish, 2 Doors

Received this item today. So far so good. Product is sturdy and design is very elegant!! Finishing is also great! Time will tell how long it will last. Delivery was by 3rd party partner ( Delhivery). Delivery person will ask for extra money citing no help provided to him. I ended up paying INR 500 , all they had to do was take the furniture up using the service lift of the elevator and opening the box and placing it desired place, this product needs no installation. This delivery problem should really be looked into by AMAZON.

PROS:1. The item looks the same as shown in the product page, but from 5 sides and here's the catch.2. It looks sturdy and stylish and will certainly add to the aesthetics of the room it is put in.3. The drawers are perfectly functional, so also the doors. The drawers do not have those sliding channels as available in most furniture these days. But not having those also means that the drawers will not be sensitive to push and pull.4. Delivery was smooth, all in all, it is a good buy.CONS:1. The back of the sideboard is not solid wood as shown in the 360-degree view of the product.It is board, not even plyboard. Here, the seller has misrepresented the product, which is not appreciable. So also, are the base of the drawers.2. There is no removable shelf as mentioned in the product page.3. The product being heavy and being shipped from far off place, got damaged in one corner.But I don't blame the seller for that. The product was perfectly packed.But I do blame the seller for point number 1 and 2.Note: After 10 days: all 4 drawers are strenuous to open. Both the doors are jammed. My conclusion: better not to buy.

This is our first time buying furniture from Amazon. We had very limited options because most sellers didn't deliver in our area. At the time of purchase, this sideboard had only 2 reviews and I had no idea what to expect. But OMG what a beauty! Arrived in pristine condition. The color is a tad bit darker than honey, is more red but we don't mind. Perfect craftsmanship!Update after 2.5 months- All the drawers and doors became jammed. We had to call in a carpenter to correct it. In some places the wood has expanded so much that the Glue is now unable to hold the wood together and now has gaps which cannot be corrected. Not recommended at all for places with humid weather conditions. It's still beautiful though.

The cabinet is of good quality.

Looks good and is very well made. The cabinets have no shelves, even though the description says that there is one removable shelf

After a few days of Purchase, the wood of the Cabinet swell so the Drawers of the Cabinet didn't Close properly. This was the Major Defect that ruined the experience. Otherwise Look of the Cabinet was Great.

Very happy with this purchase. Looks very beautiful and expensive in person, also quite heavy and sturdy.
