So far work fine and good value
Wanted some medium size bolt cutters for DIY around the home, such as for cutting thick garden wire. These meet the need at a good price, as I particularly wanted them to be adjustable, to get the best cutting action.I was first incorrectly sent the "New 14 inch Heavy Duty Bolt Cutter Wire Cable Cutters 350mm" by Marksman, but they were not adjustable and were incorrectly set so the blades were forced together, which could damage the cutters. So those were refunded, are being returned, were reordered from a different supplier and since received. At first these were very stiff, so I slackened the three small nuts and they are now much easier to operate. The nuts have no locking washer, so I will have to watch that the nuts don't come lose, fall off and get lost. These easily cut through 4.5mm diameter steel wire nails. They also cut through 6mm diameter wire nails, but this seems about the limit and required a fair bit of force.I would not want to use these on hardened steel, as I would expect that to damage the blades, but they seem fine for cutting malleable steel up to 6mm diameter. Another reviewer found they were fine for 2.5mm high tensile fencing wire.Very good value and work well if used sensibly.

Good but not really heavy duty.
I would not describe these as heavy duty but they worked well on the two inch steel mesh I bought them for. It was hard work with pincers but these made light work of the job so well worth the money.

Great value for money if you need a small bolt cutter
For my purposes, these are great, and just what I needed. I was looking at side cutters first, because I have a tension wire for hanging curtains that I was unable to install before, because my side cutters did not even make a dent in the wire, when I tried to cut it to length. These went through it like butter and made a very clean cut with no effort. I guess, but have not verified, that these would cut something a lot thicker than the wire I wanted them for, which is maybe 2 mm thick, consisting of multiple thinner strands of metal wire. They seem very sturdy, and well put together, the grips are comfortable for my small hands (not sure whether the size of the grips would be ideal for someone with very large hands, but as no great amount of force is required, it shouldn't make too much difference to the utility of the tool, I would think). Two things to be aware of before buying: the cutting blades only extend to a maximum of 1 cm apart, so if you want to cut anything thicker than that, this is not the right tool for you. Secondly, you will need a No. 8 spanner to tighten a screw on the side, before you can use them. Luckily, I have a set of spanners, because I was not aware before ordering that these (or all?) bolt cutters do not come "ready to use". The description did not mention this, nor were any instructions provided, although they came in a box, so it would have been easy to include a little sheet with a picture showing how to tighten the screw - until then, the blades do not actually come together. But it is quite obvious, when you look: there are two screws on the side and the protruding one needs to be tightened before use (and maybe this is something that I should have known, but as I didn't, I mention it in case other non-technical people like me are considering buying this tool!)

Excellent Product
I needed something to cut through some chainlink fencing that I was installing. It carried out this task with ease. I have also used them for cutting through bolts and although you need to apply quite a bit of effort it did go though them. The quality of these for the price massively exceeded my expectations. I bought them thinking they would be alright for the job I needed them for but didn't expect them to last but they are of excellent quality and I can see me still having these in many years to come.

Ardmillon supposed toolzone "Bolt cutter" bros ken by matress wire
The " boltcutters" I bought on Amazon seller Ardmillon Co Down had there blade snapped off by the third attempt, first two successful, to cut the wire of a broken mattress I was trying to cut up. It was a toolzone CT03 14 in 350mm heavy duty carbon steel bolt cutter. Rusty mattresses rule yea! Or am I an idiot?
