Total game changer! - So I held off leaving review for this until I could leave an honest one after using more than one application, now I can! I have really dry skin so in the past, many moons ago when first trying fake tan, I would get patches all over. Looking dirty. I am hugely tan obsessed, everything feels better with a tan! Due to being pregnant I can no longer go on sunbeds but could also not face it being pale and see through. Spray tans weren’t giving me the colour I wanted, it would go streaky super fast so thought I’d give this a whirl as many moons ago this was the best. Wow!! The colour is perfect, I went for the dark one (obviously) it’s not orange, it’s the easiest thing to apply, lasts so long. I have experienced a little bit of patching on my face but found a way around this. After washing the tan off I put my foundation on, I see the patches, I then rewash my face, apply makeup again and my face is patch free. This only needs to be done the day after washing off (this applies to me and my dry skin) I sleep in mine over night. Dries quickly, smells nice and I cannot recommend this enough. Price is great ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ *READ* - love this fake tan, but takes a bit of getting used to! *by S***A on 6 August 2020* I have tried countless fake tans, and always seem to go back to St. Moritz (DARK). It is very, very good for how cheap it is, and one bottle goes a longggg way. Although, if you are looking for a long lasting darker tan, it may not be for you. Here are some things to keep in mind: 1) For my dry/ sensitive skin gals and guys - I have quite sensitive skin and this is fine for me. It has never dried my skin out or made me itch etc. 2) It doesn’t necessarily smell bad, but it also does not have a particularly nice smell either. 3) I always shower (I have noticed that it stays on longer if you exfoliate and shave beforehand), then once I am dry, I do two coats over my body - this gives a darker, yet more natural look to the tan. Make sure to use a tanning mitt and wash your hands after - it will turn them orange. 4) I have very pale skin, and after doing two coats, leaving the tan on over night, then washing it off the next morning (I try and leave it as long as possible) most of it does wash off, but it leaves a lovely, natural and shiny looking tan. 5) If you are after something darker, you could go over the top of this tan with a gradual tan (I use dove in medium-dark). I usually do this if I am going on a night out, but I use St. Moritz on its own day-to-day. 6) Like most other tans, it does start to come off after a few days. If you leave it, you will end up with a crusty look that just really isn’t very attractive. Moisturising can help it last longer, but it’s usually better to wash it off and start again. St Moritz also do a tan remover, which I swear by. Using that with a good exfoliator glove or sponge works wonders, and then you can start again :) Overall, it’s a lovely tan.
