Worked perfectly for my 2008 Kia Sedona LX
The product I received was just like the reviewer, Andrew, had mentioned. It's a model #. AA1G5100, but it worked perfectly to replace the original one which was a model #. AB1C6100. The one I was replacing was the upper one which controls which vents the air flows to. It has a large white plastic cam which engages with 3 damper pins. For those who like to get more technical: My original one had seized up. In an effort to fix it, I disassembled the unit, thinking I would find one cracked plastic spur gear. Nope. The cause for the failure was the little 12v motor. It would spin perfectly in one direction, but the second you reverse it, it would just seize right up. So for those who enjoy soldering and fixing things, you could easily swap out the motor on one of these. I was going to do this until I found the entire unit here on Amazon for a very fair price. I didn't want to spend more time looking for a replacement motor, but if one is willing, you could probably find one for $10 or so.Tip: You can test the motor on the actuator off the vehicle by just using two 9v batteries in series, and connecting them to the two farthest pins to the right (when viewed with the white plastic cam up). It should spin smoothly. Reverse the wires to test for opposite direction. Also, to properly remove the cam from the shaft: There is a very small opening in the cam which allows you to stick a very small flat blade screwdriver into, and release the clasp from the mating gear. It's similar to how you need to press the clasp on a wiring harness before pulling it apart, only this one is harder to get to, and you need a very small tool (screwdriver worked for me). You may be able to just pull the cam off without doing this, but they put the clasp there for a reason. It's not designed to just pull apart without first releasing the clasp.I attempted to reinstall the cam first, per reviewer Andrew's suggestion (which may be easier for some folks), but I found it easier just to install the entire unit, with cam attached. I wanted to make SURE that the cam was fully seated (it will click into place) into the gear socket of the unit and I didn't feel confident that I could do this while upside down, with one arm being held captive by the instrument panel, and the other arm contorted in ways I never knew my arms were capable of. It was tight for sure, but it really wasn't that bad. Took a few times to align the damper pins just so, but it worked out well. One thing that helped was to power the motor until the cam was at the halfway position before trying to install it. This way, it is more obvious which channel each of the 3 pins belong in.

Took a bit of time to open up the dashboard on the passenger side but it was a like to for like replacement
I used this for my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. Cold air was blowing out of the passenger side and this did the trick. Old unit froze closed. Took a bit of time to open up the dashboard on the passenger side but it was a like to for like replacement. All in all, it took about an hour to open things up, replace the part, and put it back together. We now have warm air coming out of both vents once more. Received quickly and for a great price compared to the dealerships.

Amazon is wrong.
This 100% fits a 2008 Kia Sorento. It is an exact replacement for the oem blend actuator.(The part that switches from cold to hot air) The fit guide is wrong on this one.

Quick and easy on my 2007 Kia Optima
The blend door motor quit on my 2007/2006.5 Kia Optima. This one did the trick. It was the same brand as the original and worked great. Installation was quick and easy. I gained access to the old one by removing the passenger toe panel as well as glove box. Short screwdrivers are required. Will definitely buy again if needed. Great quality
