Bach Flower Essences Rescue Remedy Pastilles, Black Currant, 50 Grams

I have a fear of flying so I bought these to see if they would help and keep me calm. With them being pastilles they are easy to take and taste really nice (black currant). They helped to take my mind off the fact that the plane was taking off.

These are great tools for overcoming anxiety/nerves/panic as long as you don't come to rely on them like a crutch rather than dealing with the actual issues. One thing is the container can be annoying and they can fly everywhere if you're on the move. I cut myself on it on one occasion when I tried to release it as it wouldn't through pressure. Otherwise great taste and not terrible ingredients, I prefer these as do not like the alcoholic content of the drops.

Ordered for my daughter she wasn’t keen on the taste but said they helped a little

Tastes ok, a bit like Ribena. Good for calming anxiety but I would recommend the drops rather than the pastilles

Yes it was good the blackcurrent.is the best I find them easy to take and good for hand bag I do soAlso use the mouth sorry or drop bottle at home. I have felt better having the guns at had thank you

I already used rescue remedy, but wasnt aware of this pastilles, they are hard, but as you let them dissolve as like a hard boiled sweet. I was extremely anxious on my HGV test and unfortunately these didnt assist me as well as i had hoped. That being said it did take the edge of the anxiety. Also due to hardness its great to chew whilst driving as that also can relieve the stress.

Ordered these 2 weeks before my test, had 2 before every driving lesson, and bananas after reading bananas naturally relax you 🤣 but I absolutely credit these to passing my test and I tell everyone I know about them who is anxious. Love them
