Very good quality - strong and well made. Reasonably priced.There are two wrist grips so you can work out both arms at the same time.The design is very comfortable in the hand.The rubber grips on the handles fit snug and hold their position when you're working out. There is a wider range on these grips too.You can set them to a very easy 5kg tension all the way up to a muscle-busting 50kg.There's an exercise sheet that’s easy enough to follow. Using the grips is easy - you adjust the tension turning the dial above to handle and the gauge tells you the strength tension. Once it's done the level stays at what you'veset until you adjust it again.They're a cool looking colour too and fit in my pockets so I can fit working out with them in around my day.A great piece of kit and worth getting if you want to improve your hands and forearms.

Very hard but that’s what my mum was looking for. Actually one ball was stolen from my mum by my dog but no one is complaining. This ball is my dog’s favourite now.

Bought for planter fasciitis of the feet, not good poor control and could not get enough pressure on my foot as ball kept sliding off and dog chasing it, I invested in a roller which is damn site better, more ficused on area for pain relief so don't waste your money, over prices dog toys.

These 2 hand grippers, with easily enough tension for regular male gym user, are excellent. They are sturdy and adjustable. How can they do this at the price of £5.99 and free Amazon Prime delivery ?!
