My rheumatoid arthritis has gotten worse lately and I am trying anything to lessen the symptoms other than medication. I got this bracelet and put it on my right wrist on the first night. Cue worst pain ever. Tried it on the left wrist. Less pain!! Am I imagining this or am I willing myself to want it to work? A combination of hand exercises, fish oil supplements, slightly altered diet and this bracelet all seem to combine to reduce my ailments…..plus, it’s a nice looking item.
