ECLIPSEProfessional Tools TECHCASE Professional Tool Case 440 x 200 x 330mm

I've been using this tool case for just short of seven years now, and it has proven robust and reliable. None of the stitching of the elastic straps has given way anywhere. The set of tools (see pics) I carry in this is heavy, and the case has stood up well to use. I would happily buy another.

I’m a mobile security engineer and most of my work entails doing house calls for a routine annual service, along with breakdowns.I’ve tried all sorts of ways to carry my essential tools along with paperwork and sundry items I may need on a service call, purely to maximise my time by not having to keep nipping out to the van.Finally I have found the ideal solution - this is the business!!! One flap folds down and contains everything I need to do an annual service call, all there neatly arranged and accessible.Other tools I need occasionally are in the other side, again easily accessible and neatly arranged.There is plenty of space in the main compartment for my folders and sundries. I like the small pocket on one of the flaps on the outside, which I put my business cards in, superb idea!The shoulder strap feels reassuringly sturdy and is comfortable. The zips are heavy duty, and the whole construction feels excellent!This is an absolute pleasure to use, looks professional and feels like quality.

This was bought as a replacement for a similar CK bag at least a decade old. Despite a hard life in daily use that bag was still in perfect condition aside from one thing; both side panel zips had ripped away from the main part of the bag. They hadn't broken; they are the best quality zips I have ever seen, it was just sheer bad design that caused the failure.The main problem with all these bags that I have seen is that there is not enough fabric between the outer flap panels and the main portion of the bag to allow for expansion once there are actual tools in there. There is almost enough space if you use only the tool hoops on the panel or only the hoops on the bag, but if you use both the tools press against each other and the bag can't be zipped up. This bag is not so bad as some, as an extra filler strip of fabric has been attached on one side of the zips, but there's still not enough space to fully utilise the tool hoops provided - had they stitched in a second strip of fabric on the other side of the zip (or used one strip twice the size of the one provided), it would be perfect.That aside, other than the unpadded carry strap and slightly less substantial feeling zips this feels very nearly as good quality as the CK bag (which is twice the price.)

I used to work as a field service engineer and used similar bags to this one although they were grey in colour. I am now retired but find myself still doing jobs and repairs for friends and family. After struggling with a big plastic box for my tools, I've finally treated myself to this Eclipse tool-bag.It is also useful in my workshop/shed because I can easily find the tools because they now have their places and are not scattered randomly around a conventional tool box.There are plenty of pockets for a full range of screwdrivera and pliars and many elastic straps for other tools.The centre section has a narrow opening that widens to the base that takes my bigger tools such as my battery drill, hammer, large screwdriver and meter. The centre section has a divider that I use with an A4 clip-board.When fully loaded it is quite a weight but the shoulder strap with it's wide support band takes the weight without digging into my shoulder.Well pleased, should have bought one ages ago.

I'm an electrician - usually with quite a bit of work on so this gets lots of use. This is my third one now in about 12-13 years. I've tried and seen others but they haven't come close to this one in terms of design features, sturdiness and price. Ok so that's around 1 every 4 years or so BUT I'm talking daily use. Sometimes it gets slung in the van and often it's sitting on rough surfaces in the work environment. I can thoroughly recommend this bag.

Bought for stage work and even when filled to the hilt with heavy microphones and cables the bag doesn’t show any signs of letting up. It can also hold a deceivingly large amount of stuff and is comfortable to carry!

Has this bag for 5 months, base ripped zips failed. I don't over fill my tool bags but it's rubbish. I don't usually use cheap tool bags and this is why

Good amount of space in the side pockets but the handles make the middle pocket frustratingly hard to get into. Zips have started getting stuck after a couple months

Die Tasche sieht wirklich gut aus. Seltsamerweise ist sie extrem baugleich mit der C. K. Tasche. Da mir meine alte blaue C. K. nach 14 Jahren eingerissen ist und es nur noch die neue C. K. in fürchterlichen grau/rot gibt wollt ich diese eclipse Tasche. Aber die Qualität ist nicht vergleichbar. Sehr schade. Farbe wäre so toll.
