YES! It is the mini size -- I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. I don't know where they are getting the .95 oz answer -- maybe it's that much with the box....but this is a TOTAL ripoff! You can buy the full size at Sephora for $20.

Does this have or is it made with pfas?

I am not really sure because I threw the box out but I do absolutely love this mascara. I have spent tons of money on all different kinds. This has been my favorite.
