So far the temperature on the PC is very stable and even when its pushed to peaks the temps remain at a good temperature without any noticeable drop off in performance. This does come out quite thick however, while it is thick it is still very easy to apply and spread if necessary. I was happy with the value paid although its a one use. Its non conductive so perfectly safe unlike some Arctic silver where it does contain some silver within the compound. definitely worth trying if you are building a more mid to high end PC.
