A: When I ordered mine, it only took 2 weeks to get. So I believe it may be something your state doesn't allow. I live in Illinois and had no problem getting it. My grandson loves it

Super cool dart gun. My son has been using it for about 6 months and had no issues so far. He loves the way the shells pop out and having a couple different shot options.

I read reviews about it being hard to figure out, but it's not that hard. Opening the breech charges it for the next shot, but you have to fully open the breech to cock it. The gun is otherwise just really cool. It's incredibly cool loading shells into the back of breech, like Jason Bourne in the original Bourne Identity... or Doc Holliday handling the street Howitzer at the OK Corral. My nephew won't get these references, but he (and his dad) loved this gift.
