This product is reputed to have many medical as well as culinary uses. I add it to morning porage as I love the taste and it is reputed to regulate sugar uptake and stop spikes. A diabetic friend says it works as they tested for spikes after eating breakfast. I think it can also thin the blood but am not sure about that.. The fact that it is a trusted pure organic product of consistent high quality is important to me.

Arrived very quickly and exactly as described, although capsules are quite large, so may be difficult if you have an issue swallowing tablets.

Just ordered my second lot as nothing has worked like these after 2 years of searching, just after about 2 weeks my Rosacea has calmed down and almost gone. will keep using these for a little longer until I sort my sugar intake out. I only take 2 in the Morning and 2 in the evening. Very pleased.
