It fits
You need these for certain Hikvision cameras to be able to mount them on a wall vs on a ceiling, this fits perfectly and is not super expensive.

This is an external mount. Why the screws are completely corroded after 6 months and impossible to unscrew? God forbid, your camera breaks and you need to replace it. You will have to replace also this mounting bracket.
