Sent a far less value product (watering spikes) which I returned the same day (and got proof) Mr Merchant LTD have now, more than a month later, RECHARGED me, putting my bank in overdraft. (I had 16p) Phoned amazon, the charge will be taken off but takes up to 5 working days... Still got the unarranged overdraft to pay by myself... but they've credited my amazon account (which was the original method of payment) with a complimentary £5. I'm sure that digital £5 voucher will go down great at the bank when trying to deal with the much greater overdraft fees. Struggling to feed us at the moment so couldn't have happened at a worse time We're already on one shared bath a week and lovely ambient candles at night, plus the tv's gone now, picture tube went in March... Saves the licence fee I guess... Cancelled that yesterday.
