We are older now and don't care what we look like so these are fine.

I probably should have bought the larger size but didn't . My 130mm lenses are actually 140mm if you include the hinge width . However I solved this . By removing the arms of my old spectacles which I use for cycling and a slight bend of the hinge , I found that the spectacles are a nice tight fit inside the sunglasses and can stay inside them for evermore since they are a spare pair . They are a snug fit inside the sunglasses and are so comfortable I don't even realise I am wearing 2 pairs of glasses with only I pair of arms over the ears makes them so light to wear . They let in absolutely no outside light whatsoever . Well worth the money but be aware that it is 130mm overall size , not just the lens size .

Pros.. Fit nicely over prescription glasses. Make driving in the winter sun safe. Cons.. Not the most fashionable. I bought these glasses so that I could drive safely when in direct sunlight. I am short sighted and suffer from glare even on overcast days. The only time I wear these glasses is when I'm driving and the sun is in my face and so I'm not really bothered about how they look. Worth the purchase if you don't want to buy transition lenses.

Good sun protection

These cannot fit over my glasses. This is something to be aware of for others with similar pairs of glasses. I didn't purchase it solely for going over glasses; I am anticipating having eye surgery in coming months and wanted to look for things that would help with light sensitivity. When worn tight to the face, at least for me, there are index finger sized gaps at the bottom under each eye either side of the nose. The top part of the glasses mostly touches the forehead and slightly bridges over the top of the eyes, which could provide a little bit of protection from light from above. However if you are considering handling brightness from light bouncing off the pavement on a sunny day or similar, be aware that it doesn't fully cover the space below your eyes - much like goggles otherwise would. I will probably go for something else for the eye surgery itself but maybe after a few months when my eyes become less sensitive these might be useful. If they do I will update this review to reflect that. I hope this is helpful for anyone else who is considering surgery and looking for glasses that might help with the sensitivity problem.

These sunglasses fit perfectly over my prescription transition lenses and frame. They are light and comfortable and reduce the glare of the sun whilst maintaining clear all round vision, and work indoors, outdoors and in the car. This slightly smaller size is the right one for people like me with smaller shaped heads.

These over glasses are great. They really help my very light-sensitive eyes cope with bright conditions. I wear them over my reactorlight glasses and they fit well. The good thing is that when I go inside and take them off my glasses are not dark and so I can see well straight away. I have recommended them to several friends and now both my husband and I use them. Great value for money and good service.

I bought these for use when cycling. I use standard size spectacles and although I did check the measurements, I found that they fit over my specs without any problem. The only negative is that the design does not make the look over exciting but they certainly do the intended job! For cycling , the size is fine and it keeps bugs or grit clear of my eyes and they act as sunglasses too in a standard kind of way. I would recommend for a similar purpose.
