I got this to help with my snoring and while it has not helped as much as I liked it has helped some.I can add though that it has helped my neck not hurt as much when I wake up , my shoulders also feel a lot better and I sleep much better. I don't wake up as much and I feel much more rested in the morning.The Customer Service is awesome as well. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their quality and quantity of sleep ! I did not have to wait for it to get comfortable it was amazing on the first night with no pain or discomfort while transition from a regular style pillow.

I thought I would try this pillow on the advice of my chiropractor. Before that, I had no success sleeping comfortably with the name-brand pillows that I had purchased. What a relief it's been since my initial use. It immediately started easing my neck and upper back pains which had gotten to an unbearable level. It supports my head and neck correctly, allowing me to sleep comfortably, and "No more snoring" which was keeping my wife from having a comfortable night's sleep (my snoring is not rhythmic at best). Now, a good night's sleep with the Famedio Cervical pillow lets me have much more productive days! I have been using it for about 5 weeks now and it still works as well as when I first purchased it. This pillow works so well, I bought one for my mom who had similar health issues and she loves it! All in all, it has been a great purchase that has worked very well for my back and neck pain. I highly recommend it.

Soft. Contoured nicely and cradles your head comfortably. I'm 6'1" & have broad shoulders (my neck drops while on my side which causes pain recurrence). This would be great for a smaller person with less shoulder width then myself. Also worth noting - I had to air it out for few days, because it had that strong chemical smell that many memory foam items have.

I was looking for a pillow to support my neck. I am a side and stomach sleeper and it was always difficult for me to sleep comfortably and without pains in the morning. This pillow offers flexibility of movement while supporting the head at proper height. I even requested the extra adjustable height level, and I received it few days after getting the pillow. I didn't review it right away because I wanted to really experience the product and see the results. I have been using it for 2 months now and I have no more pains at waking up !!

This could be a great pillow... just isn't for me. The zipper in the back scratched me badly because it's too big and pokes out. It has not solved my neck issues at all. Like I said, it could be a great pillow, just not for me

If you're looking for neck support. . . No. . . 0 out of 100. The first time in weeks that my neck actually hurt was when I used this. What works for neck pain is two gel waffle wheelchair cushions stacked in a pillow case, but aesthetically leaves something to be desired when the bed is made so I purchased this pillow because it proclaimed to do the job of neck pain relief and still has enough of a pillow shape. It's garbage went back to the wheelchair cushions, I sleep great now.

I've been having neck pain after waking up for about a year now. I picked up this pillow during a sales event and at first was really skeptical of how effective it would be. After a couple of weeks now using it, I can tell you, I am sold. This is the best pillow, I've purchased so far. I been sleeping much better and waking up without the neck pain since I started using it. Definitely worth the price.

In all my years with Amazon I have never written a review but this pillow deserves one. I usually use a traction pillow and regularly go to the chiropractor so have a normal range of motion for my neck that is the most I can get. Not true once I used this pillow. I have used it for over 2 weeks and I can now look all the way up at the sky, which I could not before. My shoulders are not as stiff and tight as they normally are, and I love that I can sleep on my side knowing I am in the proper position. Having the insert that can be removed for the proper height for me was great as well. I will never go back to any other pillow.
