Shock-proof Hard Carrying Case Bag for 2.5" Passport Portable External Hard Drive

A great product for the price,fantastic for all the simplistic needs of protection.Do bear in mind a protective case does not Guarantee complete data safe protection or damage from all forms of shock etc.Very handy for carrying an adding another layer of protection with a nice little pouch to put ur cables in and a soft flap with straps to help keep it secure n cushioned in the event of an unfortunate knock.An example of not fool proof would be ordering from china and airmail distance etc.An external hard drive ordered (each one) no matter how much wrapping to protect came damaged internally and needed to be sent off even though the protection was three inches thick plus some.when it gets shook around its better to accept its probably bricked.Simple knocks will definitely help with ~recommend for the price!Does what it can ~dont know of any case thats invincible for data shock damage etcPerhaps was it Tungsten/Titanium/Good quality thick steel with a Gel filled elasticated inside... so the inside elasticated drive case moved enough slowly with travelling or even thrown.Could be done. but incredibly expensive by comparison (minus the steel idea*not as expensive) ... lol just an idea. hvnt seen anything like such on the market. lolGive it a few years an somewhere this data will end up in someones drawing board or already done just not marketable... Someones probably already done it with a more ergonomic style *;)forgive any repetition... sleep... lol

Hard case, good quality and cheap price. Double padding inside offers extraprotection. I dropped my hard drive few times (more than 10!) with the case and still working without problems.I was looking for a good hard drive case to protect all my data, as I lost loads of pictures breaking my last hard drives. You can fit on the case even two hard drives! One of them is going to be better protected than the other. If not you can fit in the case Pendrives, cables and sd cards without problems. It has two compartment to keep sd cards. Really happy with it, recommended 100%.

Fits my WD MyPassport perfectly and seems very sturdy! The outside cover is very hard without seeming plastic-y and on the inside it's very well padded and has elastic straps to keep the hard drive from sliding around (not that there would be much space for that anyway as it's just the perfect size). It also has a little inside pocket that's good for cables and a padded separator bit so the cables won't press down on the drive.

Fits most hard drives very well, holds them in place... absorbs shocks, and looks good. It's build is suitable even for using the M3 Samsung portable hard drive without taking it out of the case. You just plug the cable in at both ends, adjust the zips on the case so they close around the cable... and it works with no strain on the sockets or anything.I'd give this 6 stars if I could.

Have had two portable hard drives bumped and damaged in my camera bag - this is absolutely perfect for not just keeping it safe but also acts as an additional layer of waterproofing (im often using this pitchside for photographing football and rugby game lads)

A perfect fit for my Samsung 2TB portable HDD, with enough space for a couple of SD memory cards and a short USB cable. The padded centre flap is a welcome feature lacking in many other cases, as it protects the HDD from contact with the rest of the case contents. Seems quite robust, with rigid plastic shell and zip closure, plus included wrist strap and mini karabiner.

Very roomy, well-appointed and sturdy rigid case for EHDs and other small devices you want to protect from bumps and bashes. There's ample space inside for the connection lead and even one or two smaller-sized flash drives. Comes supplied with a carry handle and metal attachment clip. Great value and quality.

Questa custodia è molto comoda e robusta considerando il prezzo è un ottimo prodotto soprattutto per chi viaggia. Io ad esempio ho un hard disk Toshiba e va benissimo.

Es una funda bien hecha, con compartimentos en su interior. Tiene aspecto resistente y el precio creo que está muy bien.

Alle meine 2,5 Zoll Festplatten (5 Hersteller) passen in die Tasche. Mit Inhalt schließt sie perfekt und es gibt kein ruckeln des Reissverschlusses und kein Einklemmen von Teilen. Tasche hält die normalen Belastungen in einem Rucksack aus und trotz draufstopfen anderer Sachen keine Spuren an der Tasche. Der Eigengeruch ist sehr schwach nach längerem benutzen, muss man aber auch mit der Nase drauf gehen ums zu riechen.Noch ist der Außenkarabiner samt Niete an der Tasche. Für den Preis also ein super Produkt. Hab mir noch 2 bestellt.
