Didn't Work for Me!
It is difficult for me to give an objective review of the Himmel Neck Cloud Neck Stretcher as it didn't work for me. I don't know whether this is because I am stocky with a relatively thick neck or because the item I received differed significantly from the one shown on the enclosed instructions. Whatever the reason, I was unable to stretch my neck and head back into the position shown. In fact the Neck Cloud actually forced my head forward. Whilst I didn't find it particularly uncomfortable, I can't imagine it was having any beneficial effect.Prior to using the Neck Cloud, I was a little concerned as to its practicality. It would appear that the user needs to be lying on a hard flat surface to get the maximum benefit. For most people this would be the floor. I did wonder whether the effort and strain of getting down on to and up from the floor would outweigh any benefit gained from using the Neck Cloud, particularly amongst those of us who are older and less agile. I did try placing a large board on the bed, which did work, but unfortunately the results were the same.I'm not saying that that the Himmel Neck Cloud Neck Stretcher doesn't work, it just didn't work for me. Other users have reported positive results and if you are the right build it might work for you.

Works for minor neck pain
This is a shaped firm foam with dimples that press into the back of the neck and help position the neck correctly to release tension. What I liked about this model, as I do not have a stocky neck, is that the dimples go in (rather than out) which align well with my neck. This worked for me, for minor neck pain (self-inflicted stiff-neck from reading in a bad position). I have found that I needed to lay on a fairly firm surface (e.g. thick carpet or yoga mat) with this positioned under my neck as per the instructions to work correctly. Personally, I found that the bed, the mattress was too soft which make this neck support press in too hard. A few sessions of 5 minutes throughout the day were enough to relieve the pain.Price wise Iām not sure if this is value for money, but it is at the lower end for products of this type.Very happy with this product as it worked for me.

Didn't really work as expected
Not sure if I've been doing it wrong but I find this fairly uncomfortable and doesn't seem to each the expected result. The foam is good quality though and the whole thing is very sturdy. But when I use it my head doesn't sit the way that's described and I feel more pain from the feel of the foam, could be due to my build.

Neck Stretcher
It takes me a while to get comfortable when using this, but it does seem to give a nice stretch once you've relaxed. It's a lovely colour and comes with a drawstring bag for storage.

Unsure on results
Not sure yet if this is doing any good, but standing up after use results in a good click of the neck.
