Does it stay in place or does it move alot?

It isn't a very rigid case. The 'PU leather' is quite thin, and given that the magnetic catch is so weak that it easily comes open, the case then flexes even more. I'm considering putting a press stud in place of the magnetic catch, which will add to the stability of the case (because it will stay shut). To be honest, I'd find something better - but it's difficult to find anything.

Insulin pumps should not be near magnets (induction cookers, airport scanners and rollercoasters) Have these been tested to work with the magnet clasp

I've no idea if they have been tested, but the magnetic clasp is very, very weak - to the extent that it barely keeps the case shut. I'd very much doubt if its magnetic field would be strong enough to affect the pump.
