How do I measure my current castors to know which size to buy from you? I can see that two sizes are advertised**

You can use a ruler to measure the diameter at the end (flat top part) of the stem. Almost all castors are 11mm x 22mm by the way with the likes of IKEA being a exception.

Our office chair wheel caster is easy to install, pull out the old caster from the chair base, simply firmly grab old wheel and pull it downwards, than push the stem your new chair wheels into the socket until the stem is firmly anchored. Our office chair wheel is fits 98% off All Office Home Chairs(NOT compatible with IKEA chairs)
