I bought my second of these recently. Had the first for almost two years and it is still in excellent condition after being used fairly regularly.

These rings are about average quality. Much of a muchness. Very similar to other products around this price.

Came with an exercise chart which is helpful, as I am a first timer in doing pilates, and can't at the moment give a full report. Hopefully it will help me with the flexing of my muscles, and help to relieve me of my back and hip pain.

Might need practice, but it's not the most comfiest when doing thighs. Tends to move and it does start to dig into the knee area. But with constant adjustment, you really can feel your thighs working.

My Pilates teacher recommended this as she uses them in her classes. Good quality and I find it really useful.

I have recently started pilates and the ring was recommended. Not used one before but was light and comfortable so made exercising easy to use

This is a nice shade of pink, so it looks pretty. I find it a bit flimsy, so it can wobble when it’s under tension. I can feel it working my muscles, but it could be stronger. I had tried a friend’s Pilates ring and hers was much more robust. It comes with a page of visual instructions, some of which were very amusing, but not very instructive.
