Great Value for the money, company was super responsive!!!
I have a personal training business. We often order kits our clients can take home to mimic some of the exercises done in our gym. This set comes with plenty decent bands and all the attachments you could want. I like how they got thicker door stoppers so it is less likely to damage doors. Also the Foot/Shoe attachments are great for my clients who may otherwise have disabilities making it difficult to use a traditional ankle strap.Package was missing instructions, so I reached out and they sent a set right away! Kudos for making things right. Their instructional videos will be up soon according to their rep, that will be a big bonus.

Easy to set up and use
This is a really nice, easy setup. The bar clips together easily and unclips just as easily. I do have some worry about the foam that covers the connection breaking after multiple uses since the foam is quite thin. The bar itself is a nice length. It's just slightly too wide for me (5'3") but it's great for my husband who is 6'. I do wish that the straps had something to tie them up - because I'm so short, the extra length just dangles and I've had to improvise the dangling straps with small rubber bands so that I don't accidentally step on them or get them wrapped around. The foam on the bar is nice since it allows for a comfortable fit for behind the head bar work.Overall, this is a great set that can travel well.

Bar broke after third use
Was doing bench press and the clips on the bar broke. Only had “100 LBS” of resistance. The bands seem to be holding up so far, but the bar is definitely dangerous. Luckily I have another bar I normally use, I just wanted to try this one out. Luckily I was not injured, but I definitely would not use nor recommend this product!

A very affordable set in comparison to Redgefit!
As an avid gym goer, this is a great alternative to those days where I can’t make it to the gym. The product is very high quality and comes with multiple resistances for multiple exercises. It breaks down into a compact, easy to travel frame. I will definitely take this on the road with me over my travels! Works well for both men and women, 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a great resistance workout! Vigorous Innovations delivers a great product!

Decent Pilates bar set
This kit is one more offering in the whole "Pilates bar" home gym equipment category. I have to admit that this is my second kit. Why a second one? Because these things are not as painless to change configurations as commercials want to make you believe when you are doing a circuit. Or maybe I am just lazy?Priced at about $30, this kit is in the cheaper category for such kits. What you get for it: the bar, four pairs of elastic bands, four carabiners (really?), a door anchor and two things that want to double as both handles and foot attachments. The bar itself is interesting. It consists of two interlocking parts. Contrary to other sets where the parts of the bar are screwed together, the bars in this are held together through a set of pins (called "insert buttons" in the instructions). This makes the bar very fast to assemble and disassemble once you get the hang of it. The bar itself is a bit thin for my taste, which makes me a bit nervous for its durability, but, so far, so good.At the edges of the bar there are two adjustable length straps, which add some non-elastic length to the straps, and can control the difficulty of the exercise you perform. They are easy to pull, but given that you want them at approximately the same length on both sides, you may want to get some fabric markers and put some marks on them so that you don't need to keep measuring when adjusting. They do look decent, but, to be fair, I would have preferred to see something more substantial there, especially if one is to attach all the 280 lbs of resistance to them. Given that I don't plan to do that anytime soon though, it shouldn't be an issue. The thing that this particular set seems to have compared to similarly-priced products is that it comes with 4 sets of resistance bands, marked at 20, 30, 40 and 50 lbs; most sets will come with less. The bands come just with the elastic, no fabric protection sleeve, and interestingly, they end with a D-link, not a carabiner (I checked other sets of resistance tubes I have here, this is the only one I have that does not come with a carabiner as an end). The provided carabiners are OK, but if you plan on using multiple of those bands together, you may want to get a more substantial set of carabiners, or at least one that will allow you to get the bands in and out easier. There is a door anchor that looks reasonable (but I don't intend to use as I prefer door straps). The set also comes with the convenience of packing in a small bag (provided) for travel. And there is a pair of contraptions that can be used either as handles or as foot loops for the bands. I am not sure why the designers chose to merge handles and foot loops in one thing, and for me that's the major flaw of this system. The reason is two-fold: first, you cannot use the band in a hand/foot configuration (and yes, you can step on the bar so that you can do work with the handles for arm exercises, but...) The second is that this design makes the foot loop way larger, adding at least a couple of inches to the total length. With this particular set, if you are 5'2" like me, this makes exercises like biceps curls impossible - the non-elastic parts become too long to get tension. (As a reference, in the YouTube channel of the product the guy presenting the video says that at 5'8" he needs to have the band at the shortest setting for biceps curls - at 5'2", you can just forget it).The instructions the set comes with are minimal. (Plus, excuse me, a special section for "women's exercise"? Last I checked, squats are squats... and what does "training peach hips" even mean? "training long legs"?) There is a QR code that directs you to the company's YouTube channel. As of the time of this writing, there is one instruction video for the set, that I found helpful; it is my understanding that the YouTube channel is under construction with more exercise videos to follow shortly. To be fair though, similar products have been on the market for at least 8-10 years now, and there are a lot of good videos on YouTube if you want to figure out how to use similar systems.I ordered this set as a convenience second one, to make circuit training easier. Compared to my other set (at double the price) I can see the quality difference (more substantial bands, sturdier bar). But, as I don't plan to do the heavy stuff with this, it should be OK. I think this set is a good price for an introductory set if you don't plan on doing heavy lifting with it. One thing to remember is that these sets do have an expiration date, because the bands will degrade over time and/or break (which is when the fabric sleeve could have added some protection). So, if you don't see heavy lifting in your near future, and are taller than me, this set may be a good option. As for me, I think I'll get my sewing machine out to add some sleeves to the bands and enjoy working out with this set.

Quick shipping, packed well by seller and Amazon!
This is a great on the go or at home quick use workout fit bar. The bands are tight, clamps are easy to use. The fit bar is perfect for curls without free weights. I have a bad back, neck and shoulders and this fit bar with bands is perfect for light weight workouts.I ordered on a Tuesday ( I’m in Phoenix az) and received it on Wednesday. Seller shipped fast and it was shipped from Texas!I love it!

Best for light workouts
I'm currently using these bands to stretch out my back. I am feeling some relief when using these which is nice. I will not be using them for a full workout, I'll be going to the gym for that. These are very budget grade resistance bands, and the bands are on the thin side as well as the foot handles are thin too.I had some trouble getting the bar to go together, and found that the ends need to come off in order to get it to go together easily. This set of resistance bands does come with a carry bag and takes up very a medium amount of space in my closet. These bands seem like they're best made for anyone who is looking for a light workout on days that they won't be going to the gym. I wouldn't try to use these for long-term workouts or heavy workouts.

Good bands bar is dangerouse and cheap
The bands are decent the door hangar also but the main selling point is cheaply made and broke with just 1 it snapped when I was trying to do a curl plastic piece broke and flung across the room.
