I have a 2016 Cadillac SRX that is garage kept with low miles and Great condition for it's year. Recently it had to sit outside for a few weeks which is harsh here in Florida. My guess is due to the age and heat things do go wrong which is what happened to the touch screen being unresponsive in my case.I did a little research and found out that there have been issues with the CUE screens from the beginning. Being mechanically inclined and not wanting to spend a gazillion dollars to have it repaired I ordered this and it fits perfect and more importantly works perfect so far. During my research I found many videos on you tube on how to replace these. It is a tedious job but can be done if you are careful. Please note that once the radio is removed, there a many screws to remove to disassemble the unit for the replacement of the screen. Also note that the screws are different so you will want to keep them separate and in order (use a few magnets on a paper plate so you don't lose them). Another thing to keep in mind is that there is protective plastic covering the outside, leave that on until complete but there is also protective plastic on the inside that you will need to remove before installing (hard to see if you don't know it's there) and don't touch or smudge the inside of the new screen. I now once again have a functioning CUE screen thanks to these companies and Amazon. Good Luck, you can do it.

Don’t be afraid to purchase because of the low price. Works just like new. Installation takes about 3 hours on a Cadillac CTS and I am 75. Most difficult part are the various electrical connectors on the GM unit. Suggest purchaser look at several how to videos on YouTube as each vary in details. A magnifying glass is recommended when removing and installing the ribbon connector.

The media could not be loaded. At first I was very skeptical to buy this product because I honestly didn't think it was the actual screen but it was. I was able to take this off by myself and and change it out by watching a YouTube video and everything worked perfectly and it still working this is the third day I'm very very pleased with this product and I highly recommend it!

Great price, I was skeptical at first but was made a believer after installation. It works and looks great.

This item fits and works perfectly. It's easy to install if you follow the YouTube videos exactly as directed and don't deviate from the sequence as there are a lot of screws to remove and the unit gets disassembled into about 5 pieces. Don't force anything. Your first time doing this will probably take a couple of hours. This $30 item saved me a $1500 repair bill at the dealer.

If you have any issues with a screen that doesn't work when you touch it or it glitches scrolling from side to side this will fix you problem. I was skeptical myself, you usually get what you pay for. I installed this myself about 3months ago and it works perfectly. Much cheaper that factory installation.
