Really helpful item to have on the sink - it catches all the drips from the dishes without spilling over onto the worktop AND it matches our colour scheme!

A good item, does it’s job. 4 stars because didn’t arrive the first time and the seller had to send it again, but in the end I got my item.

Moving house we decided to replace near enough every household item and so far, Oxo Good Grips has been the most consistently dependable brand. With every item attention to detail is obvious. This drying mat has a nice soft finish to it and the channels are spaced such that glasses stood end on don't wobble and fall off. The lip going around the edge of the mat holds excess water well, ensuring it doesn't end up spilling everywhere, and it can then be poured away in the sink. The mat is quite small so you won't fit too much on it, but this makes it perfect for smaller sinks where space is limited.

This is a nice mat and looks great - pity everything is grey/black/white at present! Quite substantial and should wear well as it is thick. I really wanted a larger mat to replace an old one past its prime, but will have to settle for 2 of these instead. Arrived well packed and flat.

It's really nice but I don't have much space in my kitchen, so I use towels much more often than drying square... It's a nice thing but I think it's not for me.... However, it's really good for forks, knifes and etc...

Great product! Dishes dry well and are protected. Can use underneath hot dishes too when no dishes are drying.

Die Matte gehört zu meinen Lieblings-Haushaltsprodukten. Sie ist flexibel, schön groß, bleibt, wo man sie hinlegt, und kann sogar als Unterlage für heiße Töpfe benutzt werden, da aus Silikon und bis zu einer hohen Temperatur hitzebeständig. Das Einzige, was man monieren könnte, ist der fehlende Wasserablauf. Benutzt man sie als Abtropfmatte, muss man sie hinterher hochnehmen und über der Spüle umdrehen, damit das Wasser abfließen kann. Mich stört das aber nicht sehr. Ich habe mein erstes Exemplar seit nunmehr 5 Jahren und sie schon oft in der Spülmaschine im oberen Korb gewaschen - sie sieht immer noch aus wie neu. Nun habe ich eine, auf der der Abtropfkorb steht, und eine, auf der wir entweder benutztes Geschirr abstellen oder kurz Gespültes abtropfen lassen. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen.

I used to use a hand towel laid out beside the sink to hold all of my rinsed-off dishes, and good grief it got disgusting quickly. I was constantly washing towels. I don't full on hand-wash dishes very often, but I do tend to rinse and re-use dishes and utensils when alone, so I didn't need a huge dish drying rack, but the hand towel wasn't cutting it anymore. This dish drying mat: * Is easy to clean and/or sterilize (put it in the dishwasher, pour boiling water over it, doesn't matter, since it's silicone!) * Is an OK neutral color (grey may not be pretty, but it blends in well with my countertop) * Keeps dishes from sliding around * Does not itself slide around * Multi-use (use it as a trivet/potholder) But also: * Is not for SOPPING, dripping wet dishes (it's not meant to hold and drain away large volumes of water) * Could be twice as big (matching the footprint of a regular dish rack or dish towel) * Somehow randomly might have a handy hanging tab on one side - or not. One I got did, the other did not, so they don't quite match exactly. I ended up buying two, to fit my counter properly and am very happy with them. Edit: It's 2014 and I'm still using these exact same drying mats. They're just as great as the day I bought them, and in spite of daily use over several years, are still in exactly the same condition. No cracks, no discoloration, no nothing. My husband and I kinda slack off on putting them through the dishwasher as often as we ought to, but the nature of the mats kinda works out for that - the raised edges seem to always stay pretty clean. The grooves get stuff in them, but even if I am lazy and don't toss them in the dishwasher frequently enough, a quick soapy toothbrush over the grooves takes care of things. These have also acted as handy traction-mats for my parrots that take baths in the sink and have a habit of getting too enthusiastic and hopping straight over the pie dish and onto the counter. I used to move the mats out of the way for a bath, but then the bird would go (hilariously) skidding across the counter. I'm sure that last factoid will be the most important. Anyway, thought I'd check in and say that years later, I'm still quite happy with these! Edit: July 2016, still using these mats, still happy with them!

Me compré el pijo-escurridor y la verdad es va bien. Es un poco pequeño para lo que yo esperaba pero, al tener los pliegues, si lo apoyas en la pared te permite apilar cosas en un montón tan grande que cualquier brisa que notes te mantiene en vilo por si se cae todo (aún no me ha pasado). Si fuese un poco más grande sería perfecto. De todos modos le pongo 5 estrellas porque hay otro más grande... que no vi al comprar este. Pero me da igual. Al ser más pequeño que el de los chinos que tenía antes, este me permite ahorrar un poco de espacio y tengo un cachito más en la cocina para jugar a las cocinitas.
