I enquired twice via amazon to find out what was the composition of these napkins, as they had a very faint chemical smell when I opened the packs. No response whatsoever. I shall use them but have had to take them out of the pack and let them air... not a very good customer service is it? I'm not sure whether the seller did not respond, or whether amazon did not pursue the enquiry enough, either way it's not great. This being said,they are much better quality than some I had ordered first and returned because they were so flimsy.

I thank Amazon that they sorted out a refund. Would never buy from Crown again!
The serviettes had a pungent damp smell and were not able to be used. The suppliers - Crown expected me to pay the postage to return them - cheek. I’m grateful that Amazon sorted it out - pity Crown couldn’t or wouldn’t
