I bought two of these sets to cover a six seater dinner table, with some spares. The Amazon price was a third cheaper than Denby directly! That's a good saving given the price.They arrived quickly (via Prime), well packaged in their own Denby box, all individually protected, and then additionally packaged with stiff paper in a larger box. They came in two boxes, which was probably to reduce the weight of each individual parcel.I'm delighted with them, they are beautiful quality, as you would expect from Denby.

I had a few bits that were chipped after 20 years of use .Was cheaper to buy set than individual pieces . Matched very well to original setVery happy

Beautiful, luxury set! I'm delighted with it and like many of the reviews on here, the picture does not do it justice. It is a decorative piece that looks really expensive and nice on dinning tables. I'll be purchasing another set along with other Denby Monsoon kitchen items to keep the peace and uniformity in my kitchen :)

Beautiful design but rather heavy thick dinnerware. Thought it was going to be fine bone china but it was only porcelain

I love this dinner service, it looks so expensive - the internet pictures do not do it justice.BUT, and this is a big but - there are packaging problems. Mine arrived with broken plates, - I contacted Amazon who were fantastic and arranged for a replacement dinner service to be sent. Replacement arrived and there were so many broken plates that I still could not make a full dinner service between the two orders!!!!Amazon are rectifying this for me and will investigate what is happening with the packaging/delivery.Georgeous, georgeous dinner service, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing online until these problems are rectified.Denby Monsoon Lucille Dinnerware Box Set, Gold, 16 Piece
