The good, It's powerful...the bad, it's powerful! I really like this frother. It has a lot of power, I use it to also scramble eggs. I love the rechargeable feature...no more batteries. It does not have a momentary switch, press it and it stays on, press again to turn off. That took a little getting used to. Be ready to turn it off as the power will get things foamed up quick. Experiment with your cup in the sink the first few times...seriously! Comes with a short USB-C charging cable but NO STAND, I wish I had kept the stand from my old foamer that died. This almost has the power of an immersion blender...ALMOST. I use it in my coffee and powdered drink mixes and it does a great job to scramble a couple eggs.

So far it works well and hold a charge for a long time. I took away a star because I can’t remove the whisk part for cleaning separately.

Worked great for the first 2 uses, then couldn't hold a charge on the 3rd attempt, and then it completely died after the 4th use. Handle was not submerged in water, just stopped charging....To my dismay it was pass the return date, but then to my surprise, the seller reached out to me to send me a replacement immediately due to the defect. I didn't respond right away but they were persistent at making sure I got a replacement. Very pleased at the customer service.

this is a great product. The battery life is great and it's very powerful. I love this compared to the ones you have to put batteries in would definitely recommend. I always use this for my Matcha drinks in the afternoons.

I had one that has 2 speeds and I really liked that one, it didn’t make a mess when frothing. You have to fill your cup only half full or it will make a mess.

This has very long battery life, weeks, who knows maybe months. The only problem is if your coffee is too full, you have to remember to use it with just half cup otherwise you'll have a tornado of splashed beverage everywhere. Excellent quality and love the rechargeable C cord.

This device does an excellent job of frothing drinks but use a deep container and place it in a sink and well away from you before you turn it on. It splashes. I have now ruined two white tops. And if you’re frothing liquid just heated in a microwave, be very careful. Leave the hot liquid for at least 30 seconds before trying to froth it. If you attempt to froth it immediately on removable from the microwave the liquid will double in size and spill over the container.You have to try to remember that it has only one speed which is very fast and you can’t slow it down so be warned. On the plus side, it creates brilliant froth and keeps its charge for ages. I have only charged it once since I bought months ago.

Products works just fine, but still has some little shakes that makes it a bit uncomfortable to keep it in hand.
