Can this be used as a fry basket in an air fryer/toaster oven?

That is exactly how I've been using it. It's very small so it fits perfectly in the toaster oven / air fryer.Crumbs do fall through the holes however.

Does anyone know which Nordic Ware pan you can use as a drip pan with the crisper pan?

I use a Nordic Ware Naturals 10 x 6.9" baking pan. It fits perfectly under the crisper pan

Is there a smaller grilling pan made for a toaster oven?

I have a very small toaster oven and this fits perfect. I have not seen a smaller one. I love mine as I only cook for myself. Hope this helps. You can always return if it doesn't fit. I had ordered another brand and it would not fit so I had to return then found this one. Hope this helps.
