The cable isn’t protected, it’s just metal, not sure how legal this is. Definitely not worth paying more than a penny for. Also the light was very weak, and then ONE DAY after buying they were dropped from a height of 30cm and smashed into a million pieces! Very poor quality product - hugely disappointed, total waste of money.

Very nice looking, not too bright but not to dim either. Easy to install and almost invisible. Great colour combination. Overall great for a little desk or mini tree.

these lights arrived on time and are easy to use. Good for wrapping around a window or small tree. Batteries not included but easy to undo battery box and add batteries by sliding plastic cover on and off. Wiring for lights is flexible and can be manipulated to move around something such as a tree or shelf.

I absolutely love these! I have to admit it took me a while to work out how to open the battery compartment though. I was just about to take a knife to prise it open, when I realised that you just slide it down where it says 'Open'! It's very easy to bend the wire round ornaments or wherever you want to place it, and they really are very pretty. The test will come when seeing how long the batteries last, but I have a big stock in!

Got these as a small string of lights to weave into a wreath hanging on the front door. They looked and worked great for 2-3 weeks over Xmas with one set of batteries. Was switched on most days for several hours and sometimes overnight.No obvious issues with rain on the lights themselves but I did put the battery box in a rubber glove sealed with tape.Hopefully they'll be good to go again in 11 months!

A very effective set of lights for installing under a glass panel in the dining table. The position makes it difficult to place a mains electricity supply with its cable and so a battery powered system was the answer. This is perfect for the job with just the right number of LEDs and the red colour provides a fine ambience for dining.

Had a little trouble unravelling them but once done I was surprised how bright these little lights was. Ideal for brightening any ornament or anything really. I have used it for a 2ft small christmas tree.

These are fabulous and well worth the £4.99! I was dubious that such tiny lights would be worth it - but they are. Typical colours for Christmas lights, and really vivid and bright. I have put them on my mantel piece with my decoration's and they illuminate it lovely. Highly recommend.
