Nice and heavy. Using it as a heat sink for a dual battery isolator. The dimensions are slightly smaller than listed by 1/8" in width and 3/8" in length. Not a problem for my setup but if you need exact you may want to order larger and cut it to size.

Smooth finish. Good quality aluminum and functions as expected. Good price!

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

The 1/2 inch plate arrived well packed. There was a protective film sleeve over the plate to protect it is surface. The plate is straightedge flat measuring from corner across corners. It's smooth enough for a Carburetor base plate which it will used after being modified. BE careful some of the edges are sharp and can easily cut a person's hand and fingers.

They say it is 8"x12"x1/2" if you are looking for something true to size, then you better look elsewhere. The Chinese measure in metric and this sheet is 20mm (7 7/8') x 30mm (11 7/8") x 12mm (1/2"). Not true to size and should be in the description when being sold. The piece of 1/4" aluminum plate I bought at the same time from another Amazon vendor was the exact size. If you are looking for exact fit, look elsewhere, fortunately I am milling this plate to size, but I would not be happy if I was looking for exact demensions
