Is the Elsan Blue 4Litre concentrated so you do not need to use as much at each charge?

First of all look on the product label for directions. Dose is dependent on toilet size / capacity. Elsan blue which we have always used as far as I remember has had the same concentration.

How many cc do you use each time for caravan 20 litre toilet?

I just put in a glug glug each time. Works for me and I have been caravanning for 35 years.
