I have used this product for a number of years and I am still amazed how effective it is. My patio slabs look as if they were laid yesterday, the crazy paving is bright and clean, the block wall could have been erected last week, the algae, moss and lichen have disappeared from the garden walls and fences and the property walls appear to have just been painted.I use a garden sprayer and the solution is best applied to a dry and cool surface so that the former then remains moist for as long as possible. I do this once a year in springtime on a cool, clam and cloudy day or in the early evening. You don't want it to rain for about 6-8 hours or even a bit longer. That's all you have to do. Be patient and let the sun, rain and wind do their stuff over the coming days, weeks and months. Even the most stubborn types of lichen will eventually disappear. (Should an area be in constant shadow, it isn't quite so effective and you may have to repeat the application after a few weeks or use a stronger solution.) Overall, it makes life so much easier and works like magic!

Could not recommend this product enough. Sprayed my drive, patio, front and back fence. Looks like new again within days. Had some left over from last year. Worked just as well. Cover plants as this stuff will burn the leaves. Effective on mildew, mould and moss on hard surfaces. Used successfully on render, plastic, tarmac, metal and rubber. Visibly effective in 24 hours. Any black mould residue on render will need to be removed when dry with a stiff or wire brush (brass or steel wire). Red algae on render died and vanished. You will need a decent quality face mask and eye protection. I used Bolle eye goggles, a JSP Force 8 mask and a pump sprayer with up to 2m of lance available. Also used were ladders. Try to spray downwards away from yourself. Shower afterwards and wash clothes. Keep eye drops or eye wash handy just in case. Avoid windy days. Wind speed of 6mph max as the wind can pick up the spray and blow it back at you as I found out with a couple of gusts necessitating deferring application until I got calmer weather. I also found I needed quite a bit more than expected for the rough render. 12x5 litres for small 2 bed detached and ancillary mildew covered items.

I bought 4 x 5 litres and despite using a strong mix it's not too good overall & certainly not thin moss - (it does not say for moss though) So my mistake there, at the end of the day you can do better than this product I feel, disappointed.

OMG don’t look at anything else!!!! This stuff is like magic….i sprayed it near on my paving stones and went out…came home and my paving stones had no traces of algae left…they came out perfect.So with that success under my belt I decided to test it out on my black wooden fences that had patches of green algae in the side which doesn’t get much sun and law and behold the same magic…the green algae disappeared…but fence wasn’t completed bleached but the black had faded a little which I later painted out and now my old fences look like new againDefinitely worth the money

I used this a few days ago on pergola and trellis etc. - which I used to power wash every spring. Power washing was always such a mess but here I just sprayed and waited a couple of days. This product is excellent.Even the puppy looked surprised.
