Children's War Memorabilia Pack

Arrived in good time. I have purchased three of these sets from the same buyer. And I am very pleased with them. I purchased them for my 87 year old mum, to help with her memory. But I found them fascinating. They look like the genuine things (mum will let me know if they are), there is a good range of items that children or adults that were around during the war will find interesting and will jog their memory. I think they would also be a brilliant teaching tool for children. Something tangible from the war.

I thought this product was very authentic and gave the children a very realistic piece of information. I would recommend this to anyone who is teaching children about wartime Britain and how it affected every day life for the civilians

My eight year old grandson is about to start on a term learning about WWII. As his grandpa and I were young children during the war, he has been asking us lots of questions and videoed an interview with us. He was delighted with this memorabilia pack - and is so looking forward to going back to school. His mum said he is enjoying looking at the items in the pack with her - which is also helping with his reading. My husband and I enjoyed looking at all the contents as they brought back so many memories - some of which had been forgotten, so we had a nostalgic hour saying "Oh look, do you remember that?" 11/10 and a star for the publishers.

I bought this for my 8 year old who is learning about world war 2 at school, we needed to make a project and since they had recently been looking at evacuees this looked great! we made a old box and labelled it "memorys from my time as an evacuee" and put this set inside it. The set is great lots of mini replicas of everyday things you would have had and seen at that time, my daughter loved it and found it all very intersting. The only thing i will mention is the set is quite a bit smaller than it looks in the photo but it is still great and excellent value!

I bought this for my son who is doing WW2 as a topic at school. Its a really interesting pack and the exact copies of ration books etc made my son have a better understanding of what people actually had to use / do. There was also a boys comic which my son enjoyed reading, he thought the advert for Halfords was really funny. This pack covers many aspects of the war and gives children a good insite into how the war affected everyone. It wasn't all just about the fighting. I really recommend this pack. The price is good, the items are excellent.

I ordered this for my 10 year old who was doing a ww2 project at school,he had to dress as an evacuee and some of the items such as the childrens newpaper etc were perfect for putting in his satchel..There is an old kit kat wrapper which I wrapped around a real kit kat and put in his lunch box for evacuee day,which he loved.Some people have said the items were on the small side but I have to say I did not find this to be a problem at all..for me this item was a great buy and perfect for what it was needed for
