My brush fell off of my extreme finish glaze can i buy just a brush?

Yes, can be ordered at Amazon but make sure your bottle size of the glaze is the larger one otherwise bristles will be bent at the bottom of the bottle even though it will screw on. I believe the brush/cap pkg tell you which bottle they fit. Comes in 3 pack I think.

Can this product be used with any other dip color that’s a different brand?

If you use a dip color on top of back scratchers product. Don't you soak that all off you will also soak off the full set of back scratchers. I use either a Polish because they are allergic to gel or I use the gel color. Then I just file off the color and I leave the back scratcher product on the nail and then reapply the back scratcher when the nail needs to be filled in to balance the nail plate. Can this be used as a top coat?

I wouldn't use this product as a top coat. It is resin or glue. This line has a sealer you can use.
