SIMIEN Tennis Elbow Brace (2-Count), Tennis & Golfer's Elbow Pain Relief with Compression Pad, Wrist Sweatband and E-Book

I have a fairly severe case of golfer's elbow which has been causing a lot of pain recently, from a continual dull ache to a sharp and acute localised pain. Anyone who is suffering from this will know how miserable it is. I bought a compression sleeve, which whilst providing fairly good support to the affected area itself, proved to be uncomfortable to wear all day as I have large arms and it was too tight around my upper arm, leading me to have to cut it, which unfortunately resulted in a loss of effectiveness in the support given. I therefore did more research and came across this elbow brace from Simien. It arrived today and the package includes two complete braces, which is great if you suffer in both arms. It also has two alternative shorter straps for those with smaller arms and even a freebie wrist sweatband. I was also emailed a pdf document of how best to fit the brace for maximum effect and also a link to a Youtube video with a doctor giving step by step instructions on some exercises to do to help heal the issue. I put the brace on immediately and have now been wearing it for 5 hours and it is much more comfortable than the sleeve was and the ability to adjust the tightness of the straps make it a very effective way of reducing the pain in your arm, whilst retaining full movement. I've watched the video (which is a great little addition) and the exercises are well presented, practical and simple to follow, so I will be making a start on them tomorrow. I cannot praise this elbow brace highly enough and would recommend it fully without hesitation. As I said before, anyone suffering from tennis or golfer's elbow will know just how uncomfortable it makes you feel and this brace has immediately helped to alleviate that pain.

It arrived earlier than the date provided. I'm male 50+ and have had tennis elbow in the past which occasionally flares up. Started using straight away and it's helped reduce pain whilst I train with weights and doing repetitive work around the house.It's easy to use and you can tighten securely. I've got small forearms so use the small strap, it also comes with a larger strap for bigger guys.

This is a fantastic aid for anyone suffering from tennis or golf elbow. It came in a very good package and shows that the manufacturer is committed to quality. The gel pad needs to be adjusted as per the kind of injury. So it's not a wear and go product, but rather a read instruction and wear product.This brace is very comfortable to wear and is made from premium materials unlike some El cheapo products out there and has given me instant relief from my golf elbow injury. I am able to wear this to play badminton and go all out all out without any discomfort.This is my first review despite being a loyal amazon customer since time immemorial. This is how good a product this is, in that it has compelled me to shake off my lethargy and write a review to help my fellow sufferers.Hope this helps!!

This is comfortable to wear (while playing tennis) and seems to provide relief from my tennis elbow condition. Good value too (as the price includes two items).

Arrived on time, communications first class. Used the brace at the weekend during a golf trip. Definitely helping considering I hadn't been able to play for 3 weeks. I am seeing a physio and doing Tyler twist exercises with a flex bar ongoing. Excellent product and the addition of 2 means it's always at hand.
