Once we'd found out which part it was we needed, this was by far the cheapest & quickest way to buy. It arrived within 2 days & was fitted within a minute. Good service, no problems at all with the product, even washing horse rugs & dog beds! Would buy again & recommend.

Great quality and value for money. If engineer had been called out, it would have cost a fortune. This way the old one was easy to come out and new one fitted in minutes and only cost less than £5. Very happy with product, and will be purchasing another when required.

Bought this to replace one broken in my Hotpoint washing machine. It only lasted for a couple of washes before it also broke !It is quite light, flimsy plastic unlike those built in the machine, but is was very cheap to buy. To their credit, the suppliers sent me another one very quickly and up til now it has survived several washes over the last few weeks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed !!

We have had our washing machine for 3 and a half years now. I have a couple of the original paddles still in place but have replaced the same couple time and time again. I admit I used to over load the machine which was brought to my attention when the first 1 or 2 broke off.I'm now conscious not to do that anymore and they still wear down. I buy one maybe ever 4 months or so. Yes they're cheap but while the paddle is in transit my washing machine cannot be used because it shreds clothes.I've marked it down a star as I don't feel they should be wearing down as fast considering I have 1 or 2 original paddles still going strong (they're different colours) but yea...they do the job they're designed for and a good price so generally very happy.Tip: order 2 or 3 so you always have a spare in the house ready to use while you have more on order because trust me, they won't go to waste!

I think the reason some people are experiencing there paddles dropping off is because they're not installing them correctly.Mine was really hard to try and slot into place and twice I thought it was installed correctly only to drop off when I pulled it back a little. I followed another users advice and soaked it in boiling water for 5 minutes and which made the connectors easily line up and then gave it a good push into place.It's been two weeks now and I've done many washes on 90 degrees and it's as study as when it was brand new.Great buy, saved £50 by clearing the filter out myself and installing a paddle.

Does the job good as new fitted easily and had no issues with it now been in use daily for months

Didn't even know what a drum paddle was until it was lying at the top of a finished load. Figured out that this was the right one - looked around on other sites but this was the cheapest...delivered in 2 days..just in time to do laundry on the weekend. Easy to install, very easy - and I'm not a DIY person at all.

We had an 11year old Hotpoint washing machine which was working perfectly. We had to remove some stray coins and in the process broke one of the paddles. Rather than outlay for a new machine, we bought the replacement paddles. They arrived quickly and having inserted them,did 3 consecutive washes. EVERY TIME they fell out, leaving holes in the drum to spoil washing. We had to buy a new machine and watch a working machine go to the tip with such a small fault . Our mechanic said that they seldom fit properly.
