More like a 4.5 because of being kind of hard to squeeze out.The product overall is great. I use this after the shampoo, and it always leaves my hair soft and easy to comb after showering. I also love the scent! Not too strong or overpowering.However, do note that since the treatment is thick, it can be challenging to squeeze out of the bottle, especially once you're near the end. Despite that, it's a nice, but slightly pricey product.

I got a perm that left my hair very dry and brittle. My hair was breaking and splitting everytime I combed or washed it. The scent is just right—not too strong, which I appreciate.I would love to continue using it, but the shipping is always slow, which is concerning. Recently, my orders have been delayed multiple times, and I ended up canceling one. I hope this issue gets resolved!

Love this for my very dry and damaged hair. After the shower it’s so soft and moisturized. My hair feels soft and healthy after using it.

This is a great product! Only complaint is that I ordered tender bloom scent and it came in warm petal, which is too overwhelming. Please pack the right one!

This is an amazing mask and it smells nice (not like chemicals). Initially, I was worried because people said it smelled awful, so I was expecting it to smell like that heinous pink hand soap from a public bathroom. Well, I was surprised - it's a pleasant, not overpowering floral musk. The scent is very faint once rinsed out, anyway. It does not weigh down my fine, low porosity hair. It makes it exceptionally shiny and more manageable. I use this mask in lieu of conditioner. Some masks can make my hair stringy and greasy as if I never washed my hair, but this one gives salon results.
