Great piece of kit
The right size and feel and ease of handling - exactly what I was looking for. No problems whatsoever. Trying to get my shoulder and arm into shape after a break, I would recommend heartily.

IDEAL
everybody needs a couple of five kg dumbells in theyre life and these are IDEAL, i also have a pair of three kg dumbells and they are a little small (i think they are desinged for women) but these fives are fine.

Never used any sort of dumbell before, and this seemed perfect! Just the right weight for myself, it was not too strenuous on the arms yet it was not too easy to lift. I would advise if you are not used to lifting heavy objects or have never done dumbells before, then find something of the equivilant weight and test yourself. You dont want to buy this then be straining yourself and damaging yourself by pulling a muscle. Great size, great feel, great weight, great product.
