Phone works a treat, battery’s perfect, charging pots perfect, definitely worth buying here when I need a new phone will come back to buy here again

Terrible - do not order. This phone has been problematic since soon after purchase, not long outside of the return window. Also typically it did not disclaim the warranty window expired 3 years before it was sold. Problems include battery drain, non responsive, crashing and functions resetting. It also comes up with error messages not matching what it is being used for. Shame there’s no basic phones with big screens suitable for poor sight that actually work without spending extortionate amount for features you don’t need but that’s where we’re at.

Sceptical about buying a refurbished phone and don’t really understand the info. I had a refurb before and was very disappointed but I decided to try again and am so pleased I did! Lovely phone, looks and feels brand new. So quick to get working using iCloud. Very impressed and would get a refurb phone in the future, particularly from Amazon

This was terrific value - purchased refurbished - and I have had no problems whatsoever. Battery life seems good and the screen is clear and easy to read. I am very pleased with this product.

So far everything has been excellent. I needed a second phone to use alongside my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The phone is essentially new. No marks and battery health at 100%… I checked to see if the phone has been repaired, but there was no trace of that! The phone is effectively new! Seems too good to be true but I’m very impressed!! I also bought and otterbox case for it to protect it!

The phone looked good and seemed to be fine when I switched in on. However the battery (which I assume had been replaced when the phone was renewed) was not OEM and wouldn’t register, probably as a result the phone lost 25% in an hour. Also, the camera didn’t work. Returning it for a refund, but I have to pay the return postage cost, despite it being a defective item. Not impressed.

all works as expected, phone seems genuine far as I can tell. battery life is good for such an old model. only downside is it was supposed to be like new but it arrived with quite a large dent? scratch? ding? at the bottom near the speakers and a couple little scratches on the other side. not massively noticeable and doesn’t affect performance but I thought I was getting something without visible wear and tear is all

The truth is that it is the first time I buy a refurbished phone, I have been surprised, it comes in perfect condition and 100% battery, highly recommended, next time I will buy it here again.
