Phone works a treat, battery’s perfect, charging pots perfect, definitely worth buying here when I need a new phone will come back to buy here again

Sceptical about buying a refurbished phone and don’t really understand the info. I had a refurb before and was very disappointed but I decided to try again and am so pleased I did! Lovely phone, looks and feels brand new. So quick to get working using iCloud. Very impressed and would get a refurb phone in the future, particularly from Amazon

The phone looked good and seemed to be fine when I switched in on. However the battery (which I assume had been replaced when the phone was renewed) was not OEM and wouldn’t register, probably as a result the phone lost 25% in an hour. Also, the camera didn’t work. Returning it for a refund, but I have to pay the return postage cost, despite it being a defective item. Not impressed.

This was terrific value - purchased refurbished - and I have had no problems whatsoever. Battery life seems good and the screen is clear and easy to read. I am very pleased with this product.

The truth is that it is the first time I buy a refurbished phone, I have been surprised, it comes in perfect condition and 100% battery, highly recommended, next time I will buy it here again.

The phone itself was in excellent condition, but the battery was only 77% , I would say if you don’t mind that then it’s an excellent phone for the price

The phone was sold as excellent meaning no scratches visible from 30 cm but the metal banding around the edge was covered in pock / scratch marks clearly visible from this distance. Worst on the bottom but also bad on the right hand side. As the phone was for my child and they didn’t want to be without it, I offered to accept a discount to avoid returning it. The seller offered a paltry sum - less than the cost of return postage (which they wrongly tried to assert was my expense). After exchanging a couple of messages, life being too short I accepted it anyway. The refund was due within 3-5 working days. Two weeks, several messages and three promises later I am still waiting. All round a disappointting experience. I could not recommend.

I’m certain the “renewed” iPhone SE I received was totally unused. 100% battery integrity and not a mark on any part. My last one (NFC failed) cost £499; so this at £159 is an absolute bargain and I get to still have a great phone that fits in my pocket still.
