Note these sticks are very thin, like 1/8th of an inch. Not the quarter or half inch size around. 8 inches long. So good for jewelry. I bought them for emergency lights in case my car dies on the freeway and they won't be so good for that. Better to get at least 1/2 around for that. I have not lighted them yet. They came in a very sturdy cardboard tube box, so well protected not to get turned on before you want them to.
