Imagine you are a professional musician and music educator. Now, imagine suffering multiple brain traumas that significantly impair your use of your non-dominant arm and hand. Imagine finding a percussion instrument that is adapted to being transported and played with your unimpaired arm. Not only is this a brilliant adaptation, it is a solid, high quality instrument that allows the music and the beat to proceed. Finding musical instruments and percussion items that remove most aspects of medical barriers is surprising. Yet, just such a surprise produces great joy for both the player and the audience. For this cajon, the price is reasonable. The item has a good-quality build. Comes with a carry case and instrument strap. Bravo to the designer and the manufacturer.

It's fun to use. I'm able to adjust the snare and can either leave it on my lap or hang it from my neck. I don't know how to play any instruments but I go to parties where my uncle plays guitar and he suggested I get one of these. So when I saw a compact travel version I was like oh this is perfect for me. Good quality sound.

We were going to New Zealand and taking my normal cajone for our dance team was too big for carry on, needed a special case to protect it if shipped and would cost extra with the airline. I saw this and it was so small and light it could be carried in the plane. It has a decent sound outdoors where we mostly would be and it could help carry the rhythm. It was great for our trip several people wanted to use it.
