I really like this product and I am so glad I bought it. I don’t like microwaving my food for lunch because of the radiation so I got this and I’ve heated up almost everything. It heats up gumbo, waffles, breakfast chicken sausages, Mac and cheese, nachos, fries, burritos, anything you put in there. Sometimes I add a little water for stream but depending on what you have it is not needed. I want to buy another one just so I can have two. Great product, proud I invested in this.

My husband’s coworkers are jealous of his lunch box. Works good and heats up the food nicely.

Takes a long time to heat food

Disappointed in misleading description. The photos show the metal liner where you put the food as a liner you can pull out to wash. Actually it’s glued to the warming container which prevents you from doing more than wiping it clean. I’m not comfortable not being able to sanitize or at least wash my food containers. Returning and annoyed at the time wasted.

Heats up food perfectly. Cleaning is a bit hard as dish does not come out and when washing you risk getting wet where plug ports are. Doesn't leak unless you have soup or some thing with really thin liquid
