Nothing special they do there job, and they do it well.

Caffeine is good for pre workout.

Work well but would not recommend taking these after 2pm if you want to go to bed on time. Also, don’t take these anywhere near your period as it makes cramps 3x worse, good for pre workout tho :)

These tablets are no joke. They give you energy, motivation and focus for around 11 hours. Better than any coffee, better yet, THEY HAVE NO CRASH OR WITHDRAWAL PROBLEMS AT ALL.They slide down smoothly and slowly at the end of the day that you can't even feel it. And for someone with a slight chronic fatigue and constantly being tired it was almost perfect.I stopped using them, because I had an interesting problem that never happened with coffee before. I take the tablets somewhere between 11 - 13 hours before bedtime. I don't take more than 2 tablets, and I never have any problem falling asleep. It's the sleep duration that was weird because I was never able to sleep for more than 5 hours, and after 5 hours I wake up feeling very energetic and full of sleep. I'm good at falling asleep again when I wake up mid-sleep, but these times I wasn't able to.For someone who's used to sleep 8 hours a day this was an absolutely deal breaker.Apparently high dosages of caffeine don't have the same effects on people and they differ, but that was the one for me. I just read some articles about high amounts of caffeine affecting sleep duration even after a long time of consuming it, and I thought I should mention it here.It's a bummer cause I really liked it, but it's alright. I'll try to find a healthier alternative for me.

Best value I could find on here. Other manufacturers claim 200mg and give you tiny pills that must be 100mg. These seem standard and work.

i previously wrote a review stating that i can't believe these larger pills than usual contain anywhere close to 200mg of caffeine (regarding the LARGER tablets). along with being messy and powdery, not something i'd recommend. now after tipping out the tablets, i've noticed there's different sizes to the pills.. SURELY this isn't right.. i really can't trust what i'd be putting in my body with these. a supposed 200mg at varying sizes? or was there a mix up? i'd recommend finding similar supplements elsewhere.

Great value, easy to take. Haven't noticed a taste, and seem to do the job. Great when you have a deadline. Haven't noticed any nasty side effects - I take as instructed about 20 minutes before I need to strap on the nosebag and eat some serious work.
