This was from a dealership, so it fits like other Harley clothing. The material is a waterproof feel. It's stiff, not soft like a sweatshirt. It's a Spring Fall jacket. I did not get to wear it riding yet as it's January. I did buy a size up, I wanted to be sure it fit with something heavier than a t-shirt under it.

This jacket fits well. I'm 5' 8" around 200 lbs average build. It's good in light wind, and water resistant. The elastic cuffs and waist are snug but comfortable. If it had a pocket inside for my phone. I probably would give it 5 stars.
