I bought a small pack and soaked in a bucket of water. Amazing how much it grew! At least 5X the size of the pack! We soaked and squeezed and mixed in some hay to bulk it out, and made 2 large wreaths as photographed. I'd buy 2 next time, or the larger pack, but it worked perfectly.Some of the other reviews irritated me a little. Of course it smells damp/earthy...you bought moss! Maybe some weren't sure what they were buying?!Lovely little company, thanks!

I will be a returning customer! I’ve used this moss for various things including moss balls for ferns, mixed medium for orchids, a jar ecosystem and hydroponics, I’m just about to run out so a little goes a really decent way! Packaging is cute and handy, straightforward instructions, the moss retains water well also.However there has been moss sprouts growing out, that’s a plus for me but keep that in mind if you’re looking for something that will not grow and take ressources from your plants, alternatively you can just pluck the sprouts out when they show up, it’s really not that many and it takes a few seconds when you do plant maintenance

Great product, fantastic company. I bought the smallest size and surprised by the volume of moss received. It goes a long way.Purchased for a bio active gecko tank, it’s held up well and adds much needed humidity to the tank. It also looks amazing and smells fantastic. No additional unwanted items within the moss, which I have had a problem with using other brands.I’ve now started using the moss to propagate plant cuttings and it works really well. I ended up using the remainder of the moss around my orchards, and it looks fantastic.

A wee bit expensive but quality is great and a little bit goes a long way.

I bought this online when ordering a carnivorous plant, as wasn’t sure on alternative options. By chance once I had opened and used the moss, the exact same day I was in a pet shop and found almost 4 times as much, for half the price. I don’t need that much, but it was still cheaper.Came very well packaged, secure and well presented, and to be fair was densely packed so probably more than I realise.Not used other moss before so nothing to compare too, but overall it does the job, looks nice and healthy, and holds moisture nicely around the plant. Just slightly begrudge paying so much.

The smell is so lovely, fluffs up so much! Great for DIY moss poles, prop boxes or as a topper for thirsty houseplants.Wonderful company, who go the extra mile by including company background info and a thank you note.Really happy, highly recommended!
