What are the round hard pellets in the pigeon mix ?

The round 'pellets' are dried peas...I think...whatever they are the bigger birds love all this mix.

hav not soaked this product but from previous experience I would say yes.

yes you can, you can also cook it after soaking overnight, i feed it to my parrots cooked as part of their diet, they love it.
